Date: 2013-04-23 10:29 pm (UTC)Stahl.
My first impressions of them.
Well, he's quite obviously the New Green Cavalier. I was more excited about Sully TBH because she broke the glass ceiling on that archetype. And art of him yawning didn't help much. But his support conversation with Cordelia were one of the very first things I read in the fan-translation that didn't seem to SUCK and I was favorably disposed toward him for it.
What I think of their design.
I continue to loathe the entire FE13 aesthetic from toilet bowl armor to witch hats to Lissa's ridiculous partial skirt. Of Stahl's design I can only say it is less objectionable than most.
What I think of their role in the story.
Green cavs don't usually get a meaty role and Stahl is no different there. You pair him and he chats with his wife and with his kid(s). And with the Avatar. And with some other people here and there. No real "role," just a chain of supports.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
He and Sully are so damn perfect together. @_@
His supports with Cordelia don't suck.
In spite of his eating-and-sleeping quirks he seems delightfully well-rounded. I have not read a single support of his to which I've objected, exception arguably the generic Severa conversation, which is Severa's fault. He just seems low-key, even-keeled, balanced. He seems the rare FE character who'd make a decent husband in real life!
[NO desire to "marry him" via MU, though.]
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
He's willing to improve himself, but not in a neurotic, obnoxious OTT way. He realizes that there are things he can do better on and he sets out to correct them.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
I wanted and expected a senior knight/junior knight chat with Frederick. WTF.
(I was amused he got to talk to Finn in the DLC, though... not that those were deep conversations.)
My number one wish for this character.
Er...
IDK. All the FE13 Gen 1 characters pretty much get their shit sorted and live happily ever after, don't they? The plot mechanics dictate happy marriages and adorable kidlets all around in the golden age of Chrom the Dumbass. I guess that he and Mrs. Stahl (Sully or Cordy, take yer pick) live a long and happy life together and their new baby doesn't turn out as screwy as the alpha-timeline kid.

"Wait, Innes is cool. Why is he always the bad guy in 'fic?"
What I think of their design.
Aside from the mullet... and I guess he kinda does pull off the mullet... that long coat and those boots are gorgeous. He's a rock star. And I mean that in a good 1960s way.
What I think of their role in the story.
Tactician/spymaster with deep pockets, a loyal invisible army, and no sympathy for Woobie Lyon. Innes is @#$%ing awesome. And he knows it.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Anyone who thinks he's a jackass needs to look over the Gerik supports again. I like all his supports and I do think reading them without hate goggles on will demonstrate that he's actually a good-humored tolerant guy. Does he learn by the end of the Eirika supports? Yep. Does he storm off in a pet over being tricked by Joshua? Nope.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
The rare "smart" character who does indeed live up to the billing. Also he doesn't take any crap.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
NOTHING.
And no he did NOT need three pointless conversations of sniping at Ephraim. Yo, they don't support. Hint hint. Dat sez something.
My number one wish for this character.
Bwa ha ha. Live long, prosper, and become Master of All Magvel-- the peaceful, profitable way.

It's the Jagen! Hi, Jagen.
What I think of their design.
FE6: It's the Jagen! Purple armor and all.
FE7: Oh, so now it's red armor and purple hair. That's better.
What I think of their role in the story.
Kick. Ass. One of the very few glimpses we have of an adult character active over a long period of time, with Marcus it's mostly good stuff we see. (Though he seems to be the resident Training Freak, at least he's not a NUT about it.) Yeah, there's obvious tragedy in the whole business with Elbert and in that he might actually outlive Eliwood (!), but overall he's just a strong and positive character.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
He gets a paired ending with Merlinus. And his supports with Lilina give us the backstory on Roy's mother and the Ilian flower. Awesome.
(Also I kind of ship him with Eleanora. Oops.)
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
I guess that in the first attempt at really, really replicating a "Jagen," purple armor and all, IS did a really good job.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Eh. No deep feelings there. (Paired ending with Eleanora LOL)
My number one wish for this character.
Don't outlive Eliwood and/or Roy.

Date: 2013-04-24 12:07 am (UTC)Unfortunately I watched the anime first and understood where Caeda-hate comes from. Since some of her best scenes got cut out of FE3, it took FE11 to make me love her.
What I think of their design.
Oh, so cute. Cute and not overly revealing or overly fussy.
What I think of their role in the story.
<3 <3 <3
The damsel in distress immediately hooks up with the dudes, kicks ass, and saves her parents. WIN. And she recruits a bunch of people. And she rides off alone to warn Marth of danger. And then she lives happily ever after, maybe?
Nope, IS hit it outta the park the first time around.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
One of the few characters not tarnished by FE12. She remains gracious and competent throughout.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
She's active. She does stuff. She's supporting Marth, yeah, but by doing things, not just by loving him or giving him a shoulder to mope on.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
More plot-important screen time in the War of Heroes storyline. But, see, she can DIE, so they didn't give her stuff. :(
My number one wish for this character.
I hope Marth is good enough for her! And that she's not too upset by Tiki perving on him. -_-

LOL, he looks just like his dad. But less sexy somehow. And with poor taste in ladies (re: Leen).
What I think of their design.
See above. Now, his all-black sprite is very striking, but overall he feels more like Eldigan Lite. Not even Eldigan Dark. ;P
What I think of their role in the story.
What a wasted opportunity. His conversion to Team Celice is basically a cheaper version of Beowulf (and given Jabarro was allegedly Fergus in the beta, the designers knew it). His backstory with Jabarro is not well done. His anger basically evaporates in the space of two conversations. His solitary lover conversation involves giggling with Nanna over Raquesis/Eldigan. He almost never has screen time with Celice and never at all with Leif even though the idea of these three joining forces is IDK important somehow?
And he comes across as less bright than his dad.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Too few and half-baked.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
Um... awesome unit with a cool sword? Not down with rape? Not totally into Celice's side of the story until Nanna gives him that letter? IDK man.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Um... just about everything. Aless just kind of got left on the sidelines once the Thracians and the Freeges hijacked the plot.
My number one wish for this character.
...
I see him becoming a bitter old man for some reason. So, he probably should try to avoid that.

Damn, what is this ugly blonde staffchick that everyone is drooling over? I hear this game has a great plot but all I'm seeing is characters fapping over this fugly chick. They should've called it Genealogy of Dudes Who Want to Bang Adean or something.
What I think of their design.
In-game: SUUUUUUUUUX. And how.
Artbook: SUUUUUUUXXXXXXX
TCG: Better but incredibly bland. Chick in white robes with long blonde hair. That's it. Closed eyes and an aura of "saintliness" to boot. Zzzzzz.
What I think of their role in the story.
Well, as the damsel in distress that gets the plot moving she does OK. Also apparently a good source of child care but since she's left offscreen in Gen 2 we don't get to see that. Aideen is saved as a character by her rare flinty moments, and even those are implied-- dragging her feet upon capture, starting off as a knight become choosing to be a nun, and so on. There seems to be things below the surface. But overall, she's kind of a poster child for the shortcomings of how women are portrayed in these games. Capture bait in part one, and a benevolent offscreen presence in part two while the menfolk charge back into battle. We have ONE surviving female character confirmed in FE4 and she gets left in the convent. That says it all, man.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Um... onscreen or in my head? Onscreen she's best with Sigurd and Ethlyn, I guess. Her romances are kind of gross, but at least the Claude one is really WTF gross instead of just the undercurrent of unequal ick in her relationships with Midir and Azel. And don't get me started on the nonsensical "pairing" with Finn as related in the Lana conversation. Makes good kids but LOL, no.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
She has an awesome twin sister.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Y'know, I liked her in what I read of the Fujimori Nuts manga. She seemed like a brave young lady worth fighting WITH and not just fighting OVER. Looked pretty cute there, too. But overall, less Men Drooling Over Aideen and more Aideen Kicking Ass would've been nice.
My number one wish for this character.
Huh. Well, it'd be nice for her to reunite with Mr. Aideen but I'm pretty sure he's dead, so that's out. But she has the opportunity to find Briggid (again) and see her kids and in-laws and her niece and nephew and later grand-kids and grandnieces and such, so overall Aideen is set up for some very nice golden years as long as she doesn't live too long.
She strikes me as the type to live too long.

Closed eyes. Big smile. Birds. Crazy fans even though the game's not out yet. Nope. The fan-translation of the Olivia supports helped changed my mind as it was actual character development instead of four pieces of pointless fluff.
What I think of their design.
Really not big on the closed-eye thing, though he pulls it off better than Oscar. Nice outfit. I feel the birds are a bit much. I like birds and I still think it's a bit much.
What I think of their role in the story.
Um...
His role in the alpha timeline makes no sense and I don't care if DLC happens to fix that. How'd some dark mage from a rampant Plegia hook up with anyone not named Tharja? His kid-supports in-game don't fix this. As for his role in the main game, aside from providing an insight into "Plegians are people too" in a game that overall doesn't give a damn about such... eh, the plot was taking a dive when he showed up anyway and nothing got better after the chapter in which he joined. So I don't really have an opinion beyond "Meh, who had a role in this story except for the Cut Scene People?"
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
OK. This is where he shines. Aside from the horrid Cordelia supports, I've very much enjoyed E!Henry... not in a deep way, but in a "Yeah, you're cool after all" way. I've laughed at his dippy jokes. J!Henry alternately intrigues and disturbs me. Since the game is about marriage and breeding I kinda prefer the Henry who knows what sex is, even if Mage School is BS and the Olivia supports got turned on their head.
And hitting on pale-haired Einherjar chicks is funny.
I guess I was surprised that a character so gimmicky on the surface could be that engaging, bad puns and all.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
I think that a character that wacky on the surface could be such a sweet and supportive parent. It's one thing in the generic convos where he has no choice but to say the same lines as everyone else, but the stuff you've translated from FoD is... awww.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Well, they could've kept his damn characterization intact! Or J!Henry could know what sex is. Whichever.
My number one wish for this character.
Don't ever get into a place where it's necessary to kill an entire village again.

Date: 2013-04-24 12:49 am (UTC)Instead... let's go with... Trabant. (Mostly because even months after playing FE4/reading FE5, I still can't work out how exactly I feel about the dude.)
no subject
Date: 2013-04-24 01:54 am (UTC)Well, there's two Trabants-- Original Flavor and Super Retcon. That makes it difficult.
My first impressions of them.
"Oh hey, it's Michalis 2.0. But... successful? Huh. Interesting."
What I think of their design.
That dragon on his shoulder is awesome. Also, his hair looks like mine does when it's behaving itself... aside from the green tinge. Yeah, no objections to his design... especially the dragon thing.
What I think of their role in the story.
Which one? :P
OK. So in Gen 1 he just shows up as this pragmatic rough-edged mercenary dude who collects a paycheck from Chagall and then bails. OK. Then the next time we see him, he's ambushing and murdering Cuan and Ethlyn and stealing their kid. The designer's notes said killing Ethlyn was an accident and he felt bad about it but it sure as hell doesn't play that way in the game. Then he's kind of the boogeyman in Gen 2 for a while. I mean. FE4 keeps waving flags that this guy is really, really bad. You have him ordering Altena to kill women and children. He takes Corple hostage. You have both Levin and Finn telling their respective charges "No, seriously, Trabant sucks and has no morals and needs to die and stuff." It ain't subtle. Finn's one thing, but Levin is the moral voice of the damn game, and when he starts talking smack about Trabant it's serious.
And yet, we have that speech to Arion about the plight of the Thracian people. And yet, we have him going off on his suicide run after Altena gets put out of commission. And yet, Altena still feels conflicted about him to the end of the game. And in between the designer's notes and FE5, I think we get the picture of Trabant we were supposed to see. FE4 presented him as a villain with some nuance, but definitely a villain. The other stuff really makes the case for him as the failed hero that he always was in the mind of his creator, IMO. So while it feels like a whitewash, maybe FE4 was actually a cheap-shot.
But anyway he's more clever than just about anyone else in the Idiot World of Jugdral and his grand plan mostly works in the end. Yay Trabant.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Well, with Trabant you get two modes-- the hissing, spitting, cocky facade and then the Papa Bear stuff we get in FE5. The former is actually pretty amusing to me as FE4 villains go, and the latter... well, feels kinda manipulative for being an apparent retcon, but I'm more willing to accept it now than I was the first time I was exposed to it.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
Two things. One, being an actual competent plotter in the land of dumb. Two... Trabant knew he was gonna have to pay in this life or the next for the things he'd done, and he was okay with that. I'm not sure Alvis was ever OK with paying the piper. Both of them were breaking eggs to make their omelette, but Trabant was at peace with the idea of being one of the eggs that got cracked IMO and Alvis was more like... semi-resigned to it?
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Um... more consistency and less cognitive dissonance would be nice. RetCognitive dissonance? Yeah.
Also, that @#$%ing revelation in FE5 about Trabant not being responsible for the Yied Massacre. Explain, game people. Explain how what unfolded on-screen in FE4 wasn't what it totally looked like. That was a bridge-drop too far, IS.
My number one wish for this character.
I hope he knew Arion was faking it about "killing" Altena.

no subject
Date: 2013-04-24 01:25 am (UTC)Lute, indeed.
My first impressions of them.
Hmm. Positive. I don't recall exactly. I kind of hated FE8 until Ephraim showed up, but I didn't hate Lute specifically.
What I think of their design.
Oh, adorable. FE8 has the best designs of any post-SNES game and some of the most sensible designs overall. She's perfect.
What I think of their role in the story.
May I say I never quite felt that Artur and Lute came off as loyal citizens of Renais? IDK, they feel awfully disconnected from their alleged country. Might be intentional, might be sloppy. Anyway, other than setting up "giant monsters oh no" they don't do much main-game IIRC.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Awesome. Lute's pride in her "prodigy" status combined with a genuine off-kilter (not gonna say Asperger's, but on that wavelength) feel to her makes her a strangely convincing and compelling Nerd Character even when she's being kind of awful. She reminds me of my mother. -_-
But I love Lute and I ship her with Kyle like burning. I think Kyle can handle her... and I don't think she can hurt him emotionally the way she might hurt Artur.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
As I said, she feels like a convincing Too Smart character... whereas Miriel just annoyed me. I've known Lutes. I never have met a Miriel who wasn't, you know, twelve.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Eh, maybe the A-support with Artur got a little too creepy.
My number one wish for this character.
She has a kid with either Kyle or Artur. I hope that kid turns out all right. @_@

Mysterious soppy lilac haired mage girl #Whatever
What I think of their design.
Pretty nice, actually. I like the clean lines and geometric patterns of her TGC art especially. I've always found something about Deirdre to be floofy and offputting, and her daughter is an improvement.
What I think of their role in the story.
Mishandled. The whole eleventh-hour revelation of her true identity makes Lewyn seem stupid and just... IDK. The amnesiac thing is OLD because it's already been used wrt Deirdre... and Briggid... (and then Briggid AGAIN in FE5)... and with Zeke in FE2... and... yeah. I mean, basically you have this immensely powerful young lady who spends most of the game being clingy and mopey and not knowing anything. Eh.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
The glimpse of a relationship with Lewyn is interesting. I guess she gives us a wee bit of insight into Velthomer family life... but not enough. Her dynamic with Seliph is not nearly as shippy as fandom promised me it would be. Actually she seems more shippy with Lana, oops.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
Um...
Well, she comes off pretty well in the FE13 DLC 'cause she knows who she is and everything.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
More agency, less plot device.
My number one wish for this character.
Find own role in life that isn't just purely supporting Seliph.

Date: 2013-04-24 06:09 pm (UTC)How can this dude have multiple wives who can be Roy's mom? No sense making. Yes, my introduction to Eliwood was in the context of a shipwar, and FE's multiple-choice shipping totally threw me.
What I think of their design.
I like how his Lord incarnation tones down the ridiculous bright hues of Roy's getup and presents a more subdued, sophisticated, and elegant take on that template... with a longer coat. Also his old!version has the long robes, which is neat. He looks good in either event.
What I think of their role in the story.
Certainly his FE6 turn was groundbreaking in that he, ah, didn't die. (Hector took that particular hit.) In his own game... aaaaah, that storyline is such a mess. I don't know. He's definitely the main Lord in that game but the fact that so many people think otherwise just says to me that he wasn't handled especially well. Also, aside from being Roy's Dad I'm not sure why any of that had to happen or did happen or what the real point of any of it was. Why Eliwood of Pherae? IDK. Because.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Good. I don't have any problems with his supports or the way he conducts himself generally. He also has a relationship with his mother who is not dead OMG.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
His coping mechanisms aren't destructive and he can 'fess up to love without being held at gunpoint? Also he has a nice little sense of humor.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
/scratches head
Maybe being in a less convoluted and messy storyline.
My number one wish for this character.
Please don't kick the bucket before Roy comes home. That would suck.

Date: 2013-04-24 05:59 pm (UTC)I was kind of puzzled by him until the shoe dropped about him being a dragon. Then it all made sense.
What I think of their design.
Creepy old sage dude with beard. I love the geometric designs in Archanea art, but something about Gotoh always struck me as icky.
What I think of their role in the story.
Definitely in the Good is not Nice camp. In between the stuff he orchestrates and the grudging "but only if you do x-y-z" way he offers aid to Marth he does come across as being sufficiently superhuman.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
Love the way he bawled out Michalis in FE3. They softened the edges of that conversation for FE11... no doubt to set up Mike's eventual redemption. The less said about the business with poor Tiki, the better.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
I guess that he's a distant, cold, manipulative alien?
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Eh. They changed enough between the originals and the remakes. No more changes.
My number one wish for this character.
Er...
I just want to know what becomes of him. I don't recall ever reading that.

Date: 2013-04-25 02:29 am (UTC)My first impressions of them.
"OMG look at this little loser that is the most ridiculous outfit ever MY GOD it's like a metal flower petal. He's the Sailor Saturn of FE Lords!" Er, character-wise he struck me as "Marth, Again," what with the "find my big sister" thing, which is what grabbed me at first.
What I think of their design.
He's adorable. His armor is... dumb. But the color scheme is nice! And we do have OA of him in normal clothes, which helps.
What I think of their role in the story.
He kind of hijacks Seliph's storyline in Gen 2 (I suspect the rumor that Leif was also intended to be Lord-Class in FE4 is correct because it makes sense of this plot hijack). He's better integrated into the overall epic than Ares, but there's just that feeling that Lewyn went "whatever" at the Thracian border and just let Leif stomp around for months on end.
But then Seliph makes Leif feel inferior all through FE5, so I guess they're even. Leaf's own development arc in FE5 is just great and it's the first time we really see that level of Lord characterization.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
He's pretty reckless in FE4 and seems like a smaller, angrier, less suave version of Cuan. I love (?) how all his lover conversations are basically THRACIA > wife. :P He's pretty good with Altena, though.
FE5 sands off a lot of the sharp edges and gives him this squishier, better-humored personality. I adore him in FE5... but I do like his FE4 self because he seems like he's gonna be some kind of trouble down the line.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
Everything that spirals out from Leif not being the Chosen One of his saga and/or the major blood carrier. It's refreshing.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
I wish he'd talked with Seliph more in FE4. I don't think I have complaints re: FE5. Honestly he's one of the best Gen 2 characters, so compared with everyone else there's nothing to complain about other than lack of any "showing" that he and Seliph (much less Ares) really become friends.
My number one wish for this character.
Yo, you have the potential to be the next big threat facing Jugdral. You'll lose, kiddo. So don't even think about it.
(Also, get over the inferiority complex thing.)

Date: 2013-04-25 04:19 pm (UTC)How about Oifaye (or however it's spelled now)?
no subject
Date: 2013-04-25 09:24 pm (UTC)My first impressions of them.
Most Useless Tactician Ever. And then he grows up to be Hardin with 100% less turban and 100% less evil.
What I think of their design.
Kid!Oifaye is unbearably derpy. The center-parted hair. The dazzling white uniform. His adult design is pretty slick but IMO just recalls Hardin a wee bit too much. I dig the fact his hair went from dirty blond to brown over the years, though.
What I think of their role in the story.
Well, you know, "Tactician of a war that went horribly wrong" could have been awesome, but IMO his Part One characterization is a baaaaaaad violation of "show don't tell." He doesn't advise worth jack squat. Hell, IIRC Finn offers up more actual advice (Prologue *and* Chapter 4) than Oifaye ever does. So IMO he pretty much sucks in Gen 1 until Sigurd hands him Seliph and tells him to get out of there. Gen2 basically redeems him as a character but again IS kind of muffed it by having him disappear for two entire chapters. He has nothing to say in Ch7 except for a conversation with Delmud/Tristan, nothing at all in Ch8, and then in Ch9 he briefly pops up to attempt to stick up for Seliph in front of Lewyn and then Seliph tells him nicely to stand down. That could've been a great moment if we had seen more of him once Lewyn arrived. After that his presence is a little bit better-- in essence, the Thracia arc diminishes him like it does half the Gen2 cast. IMO.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
He basically just talks to Sigurd in Gen1. Eh. In Gen 2, I really like his relationship with the kids-- what we see of it-- and wish there'd been more follow-up on stuff. How about a scene with adult!Shanan? How about more confrontation with Lewyn... especially with Fee being his sole predestined romance? (Totally ship Oifaye/Fee.)
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
I guess that there is that actual sense of a growth arc from this peppy little kid to an adult warrior who had a long, hard road toward victory. But he's not a tragic character, because at the end of the game he can go off with his fiancee and rule Chalphy and have a nice full "normal" life ahead of him.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
Gen 1: be a #@$%ing tactician, dammit.
Gen2: not get sidelined for a couple of chapters. More bonding with the Tirnanogue boys would've fleshed out their wafer-thin figures.
My number one wish for this character.
A nice happy ending is implied for his character and I hope he gets it. He's earned it.

Elphin...
My feelings are kind of complicated and they've changed in the last 15-odd months as my perception of FE6 has shifted. Before I actually sat down and played FE4 and tried FE5 and picked over the script with a fine-tooth comb for each of them, I didn't realize how much FE6 and FE7 plundered from Jugdral. FE6 itself was pretty a pretty transparent reworking of FE1 (not a slam against it-- that's just what they did with everything from Roy's starting party to the reintroduction of the adorable dragon loli), but in terms of character development there are many things that I originally gave credit to FE6, for either introducing or deepening in ways the series hadn't previously tried, and I can't give FE6 credit for innovation there anymore.
(And my opinion of FE7 has sunk like a stone. Like. A. Stone. It's a well-made game but things that merely troubled me about it before are flat-out distasteful to me now.)
So I'm giving a very different answer on Elphin than I would've a year and change ago.
My first impressions of them.
I was introduced to Elphin through Shimizu Hitomi's fanfic and I found him very intriguing. I like the political dimensions to FE and he was pretty much All That.
What I think of their design.
I do not like Fire Emblem's insipid long-haired blond(e)s. His outfit and accessories are fine but he's about as sexy to me as a dead fish. So I find it hard to get really excited about shipping him because Elphin himself is just... UGH.
What I think of their role in the story.
It's cool. I suppose the Etrurian-corruption angle is the most interesting part of FE6 to me. As a variant on the wandering-prince dealie and the dodgy tactician dealie Elphin stands toe-to-toe with the best the franchise has to offer.
What I think of their interactions with other characters.
He's very cute with Fae. I used to ship with him with Cecilia and Perceval in an OT3 (again, I got into him through fanfic) but IDK.
It's more that I like and appreciate the whole dynamic between Elphin and his peeps on an abstract level without really feeling it. I see good things there but I don't really get excited about it. I already got excited about those things in some other game that is not FE6.
My favorite aspect of the character overall.
I guess that he does wrap several aspects I like-- politics, wandering prince, moral ambiguity-- into one package.
What could have been improved or changed with regards to the character.
More sexy? IDK. Also it seems an oversight to make him, uh, optional. Really? REALLY, IS?
My number one wish for this character.
Man's got his work cut out for him. I sure hope he succeeds.
