Dreamwidth / Fic Prompts
Oct. 25th, 2010 12:58 am Yo. In keeping with the general mood, I've created myself a mark_asphodel account over at DW. It'll mirror the content of this one... when I get around to it.

myaru . Feel free to friend one or both of 'em if you care to. I have no plans to leave LJ at present, but when the fandom apocalypse comes, I do want my affairs in order.

Also, in the other general mood of fic-giving generosity, I am doing something I did not intend to ever do.
I'll take prompts. Yup.
So, here's the game:
1) Pick an FE universe. I'll write Archanea, Valencia, and Magvel, and might attempt Jugdral if you really want to see me ruin it. No Elibe, no Tellius. Sorry.
2) Pick your characters, unless you love them all and don't care.
3) Pick an actual, historic setting on our Earth that you want this (AU, obviously) 'fic to be in. In keeping with the general spirit of Fire Emblem I would prefer these to be Eurocentric/Western. If your heart lies with Heian Japan or Three Kingdoms China, you will know more about them than I do and you won't like my take on them. You can be as general as "ancient Rome" or as specific as "first-class quarters of the Titanic prior to the iceberg."
4) If you really have a preference, specify genfic or romance. Otherwise I'm going with wherever the 'fic takes me.
Uh, that's it. I won't promise any deadlines, because work and stuff is pretty heavy right now. But I figured I needed to stretch my boundaries a little, so why not?
