Fall Food: Pumpkin Gnocchi
Oct. 21st, 2011 08:06 pmDinner: locally-made pumpkin gnocchi acquired from the farmer's market, dressed in a simple sauce of browned butter, sage from the garden, and freshly-ground pepper. Topped with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. Accompanied by a spiced hard cider.
I love fall. I'll love it even more when the chimney's repaired tomorrow and I can use the fireplace.
