mark_asphodelThese are not the big, meaningful headscratchers or Deep Meta wibbles. Nothing like, "Is Ethnia the Earth Goddess of Thracia a renegade, people-friendly Earth Dragon?"
A) Why does Lester look so damn much like Lex? He's one of the few guys who isn't predestined for Aideen. Was Aideen's dead mom from the House of Dozel? If so, why don't the twins have minor Neir?
C) If we follow B, can a holy-blooded character have a child with no holy blood if they pair with a "normal"? Sure seems that way, given how sometimes holy blood gets "lost" (see: Ishtore and Ishtar).
D) Cuan says "his entire family" is descended from Nova. Does that mean his parents were cousins? Half-siblings? What?
E) Why is Cuan's de facto theme tune in FE4 "Manster Palace" when Manster is a different kingdom ruled by some other family?
F) How come the smallish age gap (seven years) between Fred and Olwen is cause for in-game mockery but not the yawning gulf of decades between Conomore and Miranda? I mean, dude...
G) How come poor Patty is the only non-fixed Gen 2 girl who doesn't get a father-daughter talk? It's not like Levin can hide when she's hauling around Holsety!
H) And why is Lester such a creeper that he hits on Patty even after she's already married?
I) I was going to ask again why Scathach/Julia is so ridiculously popular, but now I get it. It's the most likely non-Celice pairing for Julia that can be achieved in normal gameplay, because gluing them together for 100 turns is at least feasible. She still can't go home with Scrabblebits or anyone else, can she?
K) What bright bulb decided "Carrion" was a suitable name for a good-looking, high-performing character? Save that for the meatshields, man.
L) Why can't Marita and Galzus use the Bragi sword? Did Bragi and Odo have a falling-out back in the day?
M) FE5: the game wherein your fragile little sword-toting Lord doesn't start with a rapier, because rapiers are nothing special.
O) Does Sety have heterochromatic eyes because one of his eyes contains his holy blood marking? Hmm.
P) Jugdral has arguably the highest percentages of normal hair/eye color in any FE game up to 13. Black hair! Brown-haired prominent playable characters! Tons and tons of dark-eyed blond(e)s!
Q) And hair color is emphatically associated with origin, to the point where the aberrations stand out (Lester, Ethlin, etc).

Z: How come, in a gameverse that contains bucketloads of subtext (and more!) between siblings, half-siblings, foster siblings, and cousins... not to mention such escapades as the makeout adventures of Dew the Shota Thief... the creators put consenting adults who are not blood relations in highly suggestive situations and then expect us to believe that these relationships are pure and platonic and FRIENDship and nothing more? The Kaga-era games are kind of warped, IMO.
B) Hell, why does Sharlow look like a chubby little Sigurd? Did Sigurd get lonely at some point in Chapter 5? Can't blame the poor man if he did...

E) Isn't the "Manster Palace" tune also used for Lenster Castle ? I'm too lazy to check in-game...

I could try and search for suggestions for the other letters, but my brain's not exactly in a good state for that.

Why does Ethlin rank higher than Adean in Midayle's priorities?
