Demon Fighter!Alm / Leaf DLC Map

mark_asphodelDemon Fighter!Alm looks kinda like Trunks from DBZ, but I like him. Poor baby waited for how many years for this makeover?
PS: Now we know his hair is supposed to be green. Not blue, green. Kthx.
PPS: The less said about Micaiah's redesign the better.

Leaf's DLC map is less LOL-worthy than the "Kill ALL the Lords/Ladies" maps; it's huge and has a large cast of characters, and they appear to be taking it seriously.
Even so, most of the big names of Jugdral go down in one hit when faced with Krom's gang. Let me put it this way: battles between Holsety users and Pegasus Knights are not supposed to turn out like this. Celice's Army manages to take out quite a few of Marth's units (Nooooorne), but when Krom's warriors come into it, Judgral's heroes have no chance. None.
Leaf is pretty amazing here, though. He can actually dodge and survive, which on this map is OMG amazing for the enemy team. And he fries some of Marth's squad at range with his new sword.
Highlights/Lowlights:
Leaf has dialogue with Evayle! How nice! And Catria had an exchange with Marth. Catria <3
[I think Catria made the cut mainly because of her fanservicey FE12 art, though]
Angry!Altenna took out Marth in this user's playthrough. Heheheh. At least someone made serious use of their holy weapon...
I kind of understand "sympathetic" villains like Alvis and Julius the Meatpuppet on the side of the heroes in whatever weird Otherworld this is. But Leidrick? Really? Rinehart I could see. Leidrick? He's complete scum. Complete backstabbing scum. I get no thrill out of seeing him and no pleasure at watching him die in the company of characters I like (OK, love). He's not even nice to look at. :(
I'm sure the Jugdral characters assume these black pegasi have come straight from the bowels of hell. With good reason.
No Shanan after all. Not that he would've made much of a difference...
I dunno. If you're a Lachke fan or an Arthur fan, in the "I LOVE LACHKE OMG FAVORITE CHARACTER" way, as people are, I dunno how much fannish pleasure there is in seeing them appear given how badly they get trashed. Actually, no, I do have a pretty solid idea of it:
Raphi: Finn put up a little bit of a fight at least?
As in, he didn't die on the first strike. Yeah. But they used my favorite picture of him for his card-art!
Good fodder for crackfic, though.
