Yes, but encountering a meme turned into a 3D, multisensory extravaganza is a little bit over the top. Fun, yes. But I was looking around for Fonzie and the shark tank at that point.

My mom tells me that the breaded, fried, powder-sugar-dusted bacon she had at one fair or another this past summer was the best thing she's ever eaten. I can't tell if it's just my dislike of bacon making this sound weird or not.

I had a fantastic "donut sundae" for my birthday two years ago that was garnished the bacon. That was great.

Breaded bacon sounds gross.

I've had a maple bacon cupcake before. But I guess that's a safer bacon combo anyway.

I'm less fascinated with the idea of combining bacon with other delicious foods as with bacon's ability to make non-delicious foods taste better.

I made maple bacon cupcakes last year to show the non-believers at work the power of BACON. It was also a component of one of the best ice-cream sundaes I've ever tasted.
