Notes and Errata of Mark of the Asphodel

 Is it just me, or has LJ been really screwy for the last week or so?  I keep getting errors when I try to access... well, anything.

Anyway, got past the hurdle on Monday and am feeling much better about everything.  Next week is still going to be a trial, but... oh well.  Such is life.

So, we're on to chapter five of "Starchild" now.  I'm making a good-faith effort to finish this in time for Yuri's Night but I know that ain't going to happen.  I want to host a party but the house is a mess.  Anyway, in this one, Eirika gets introspective and Ephraim shows off his mad piloting skillz.

Hm.  I have a neighborhood task force meeting and a radio show tonight.  I wonder if I can manage them both...

ETA: opted for the radio broadcast.  

So FFNet is working again.  I guess.

Chapter Three, right here.

I kind of like bite-size chapters now.  I used to write these huge sustained 6K-word "chapters" for my 'fics ("Homecomings," "Another Piece of Blue," "Love is Not A Victory March"), mostly because I didn't quite realize that I'm a fast reader and my idea of chapter length was really, really skewed.

This'll be somewhere from seventeen to twenty little chapters in length.  But I know where I'm going with this, so it shouldn't take a year or three to finish... unlike some projects.

ETA: And I just re-uploaded all three chapters of the FFNet version because I jacked up the numbering of some of the Lords pilots.  I forgot the order of Lyn and Hector, and everyone from there on down (Ephraim-Eirika-Ike-Micaiah) was screwed up.
