Archanea:
"A Simple Expression of Love" was not intended as a Serious Story, but it did make me think about kinks and the like, and some of that stuck with me.
Marth/Caeda-- I see either role-playing or storytelling (or both) as a component of their romantic life. It helps Marth get over all his inhibitions and also lets him forget about Being Marth for a time.
Marth and Merric take "fishing trips" every now and again. Caeda and Elice get together, share a bottle of wine, and giggle over it. The ladies kissed once during one of these giggle sessions and decided it was nothing special.
Midia/Astram-- Yeah, I can see these two engaging in foodplay. Foodplay strikes me as more of an Archanean aristocrat thing anyway... who else would have whipped cream to spare?
Gordin hates the idea of being tied or restrained but does like being tickled and spanked. He'd rather have Master Jeorge do it but Norne will do if Jeorge ain't interested. (Jeorge is never interested.) This bores Norne and she's not much fussed when Gordin moves away. Castor-- who is interested in neither romance nor sex-- will do the tickling as long as Gordin pays him for it.
Palla-- has a history of engaging in little bursts of experimentation (with Abel, with Minerva, maybe with Celica too!) followed by bouts of shame and a resolve Never to Do That Again. This is why Abel ended up with Est.
Cain and Abel had a bit of a thing going on until Abel got married. This is pretty normal in Archanea and Abel doesn't think much of it thereafter. Cain does think of it, often, and sometimes wonders what's wrong with him and why can't he just let go of it. Then he goes off and "trains" to sublimate, because Lord Marth might need him or something.
Cecil thought she would totally top Rody and was surprised to find a lot of give-and-take involved in their relationship. And she does too have a secret passion for frilly girly underthings as long as only Rody can see her in them.
Feena's an innocent girl when Navarre meets her, but her sexual appetite both stuns and exhausts him once she gets going. He didn't quite realize he was signing up for all that in becoming her protector.
Barensia:
Alm and Celica have mostly an A++ relationship but he did put her on a little bit of a pedestal at first and they had to work through that.
Claire/Grey/Robin threesome. No arguments.
Zeke ends up with two wives; Nyna and Teeta are fine with sharing him but are NOT, repeat NOT into one another.
May and Bowy get up to some serious experimental crazy stuff. Mages, y'know.
Clerbe and Matilda are also a fair bit more racy than their respectable exteriors might indicate. Something to do with riding bareback and the palace swimming pool?
Jugdral:
I second what Ammie said about Fury being vanilla-vanilla-vanilla and Levin being... not.
Aira's also pretty vanilla and conservative, but not as bad about it as Fury. Holyn is also much more considerate about Aira's limits than Levin is re: Fury. If Holyn wants something outside Aira's comfort zone, there are plenty of places to find it and Holyn doesn't hold himself to the same self-imposed standards as Mr. Major Forseti does.
Sylvia, despite protestations about liking it rough, really wants someone to love her and cuddle her and make her feel warm and fuzzy and safe.
Tiltyu and Lex engaged in tweenage horseplay while their fathers were having Important Meetings. Reptor would've killed Lex if he'd known about what the black sheep of House Neir was doing with his precious baby girl.
Azel does not care that Lex tarnished Tiltyu's virtue because he's in no position to complain about that particular thing! Azel has a lot of hazy romantic ideals and reality just doesn't live up to any of them.
Claude isn't really under any sort of celibacy vow (gotta pass down that Edda blood and all) but he is a little miffed at the urges he feels when confronted by scantilty-clad females. Tiltyu and her bouncy, perky breasts are a particular source of discomfort, even more so than Sylvia.
The academy-days threesome featuring Cuan, Elto, and Sigurd was mostly about the Cuan/Elto end of it. Then those two found respectable wives to keep themselves satisfied while Sigurd was still single and clueless. Sigurd didn't know what he was missing.
Sigurd and Deirdre are as boring in bed as they are in every other respect, but they don't realize it and think everything's perfect.
Since Cuan basically had the best life of anyone on Jugdral ever right up until that ambush happened, he and Ethlin also basically had the Best Marriage Ever including lots of enthusiastic, fun, noisy sex-- in the tent, on horseback, whenever and wherever.
While we're at it, may I add a bit of girl/girl interaction is fairly common too in noble families as long as a girl's still willing to settle down with an appropriate husband later. Ethlin and Aideen were pretty darn close before Aideen became a nun and Ethlin got married.
Aideen secretly likes being tied up but only if it's nice handsome Verdanese princes doing it and not the ugly brutish kind. Midir never figures this out and would be shocked if anyone told him that his lady has such base urges.
Briggid OTOH likes tying people up. She has some abandonment issues and prefers to be in situations, physically and emotionally, in which she's in control, and she'd rather break off relationships herself than risk being on the receiving end of a break-up. Even as Evayle she seems to prefer hanging out with men who just aren't interested in women, so it seems she never gets comfortable from a romantic angle. Don't ask me where Faval and Patty came from as I really have no coherent preference on the matter and for all I know they could be a mismatched set like Lachy's kids. Their holy blood comes from mom anyway, so who'd ever know?
Lachesis, despite the brother complex, has the healthiest sexual appetite and the fewest Issues of the marriage-market Jugdral ladies, and Beowulf keeps her extremely happy there despite a lack of genuine emotional intimacy on her part. Her post-Barhara relationship with Finn actually starts out pretty well, as he's neither totally inexperienced (x-ref Glade) or totally clueless about women (x-ref the Cuan'n'Ethlin XXX Show). But Finn turns more or less anhedonic after Leonster gets annihilated, which leaves Lachy deeply, deeply frustrated, and since this time she's actually fallen in love, Lachy just stays frustrated and keeps trying to fix things rather than look for solace elsewhere.
I don't really have ideas about the Gen 2 crowd and what they do in the sack. In most cases I think I'd rather not know.

Considering how young some of the younger siblings look, the kids not sharing the same father makes a lot of sense. Especially if you're operating on the "orgies in Sallaine, Silesia" theory. That and the Chapter 5 cut off just makes birth order/ages tricky if one's trying to stick to game-mechanics-canon.
I've got so many of these going on in my LP. The dynamics are interesting to think about and seeing as I've read way too many kink meme fills (for various fandoms) someday I might even try to write smut for them...posting it would be a different struggle.

Dew/Lachesis, Alec/Sylvia (not to say those couples didn't grow to love each other, just the start seems a bit random chance) but ESPECIALLY Ardan/Ayra. I mean, WOW, not knowing the guy loves you yet having had his children? Sounds like the result of a drunken hook up to me.
On the orgies in Sallaine note, I keep thinking that you "Celice w/ time travel" plot would make for hilarious fic if you went for the crackiest Gen 1 pairs instead of pre-destined...maybe to the point where, Gen 2 does have the Holy Weapons but they can't even use them. I'd write that crack humor, but I don't want to steal any prompt IP.
