No, really.  I think I may have to take back everything I ever wrote about you.  That's, like... 35,000 words?  45,000?  Yikes.

OTOH, after reviewing my Rody-centric stories I decided he was actually pretty much on the money and it's Cecil(le) that's wobbly in light of New Canon.

Maybe I don't want an FE4 remake after all.  :P

Poor Cain. :( It's like they made his new portrait and then decided "Okay, done with him now" and his base conversations were forgotten until the last second. I'm also still irritated by the lack of Abel-Cain supports because... they really should have talked. I still like Cain a lot, but I'll admit that this game did him no favors.

I feel like a lot of the conversations were completely half-assed and, honestly, I feel like that's often worse then giving a character nothing. Some were good, but others... not so much. :(

I'm not a big fan of Cecil/Cecille's (Eventually I'll decide on what to call her.) new personality truthfully, but it is what it is.

Yeah, I'm really not digging Cecil's personality at all in this game. Don't really have any feelings about her from FE3, but she's just all obnoxious violent anime girl from what I've seen. I haven't used her since chapter 2 or so, though, so I don't know. Maybe it's better outside the prologue chats?

I'm keeping Sirius on my team, actually, because I suspect what they do with his supports will be intriguing.

That omission is mind-boggling. Especially since they do have support bonuses.

Don't forget the paranoia. So far her MU supports seem to indicate at night terrors or psychosis or IDK.

No, I'm having a hard time seeing what Rody sees in this chick.

He's amazing. He's like Seth if you could reclass Seth to ride a God. Damned. Wyvern.

I do have to wonder how well his conversations have been translated as I've heard the Japanese there is excessively tricky and subtle. We'll see.

Magvel's actually aging really, really well compared to many of the other continents, from the look of things.

I hear ya, but as Samu said, at least then we'd get FE4. Then we can pretend we're enjoying the original story while playing the new game. ='D

Honestly, almost nothing that has been added to the FE3 gang in this is making them more interesting.

In some cases, it's taking things hinted at (Malliesia has a crush on Marth! So does Catria! And a lot of other cases of unrequited love.) and spelled them out in ways that a) shut down on fan-speculation and b) just aren't that interesting. If anything, it's shutting down my desire to write for this 'verse, because things that intrigued me either turned out not to exist or are addressed in ways that leave me much less room to play.

Well, In the case of Cecil(liaoxynfree) I look at it as a character who had next to no development what-so-ever finally getting some. Even if it's 'tsundere-anime-angry girl' at least it's something.

I'm very disappointed by lack of Marth or Abel supports for Cain. Very much so. (So we have a list for all the support convo options yet?) But I will hold off on my judgement until playing with it myself.
