1) Starting at about chapter 5 (on hard; not sure about normal), Sothe can routinely hit enemies with bronze weapons without killing them.
Even if that weren't so, I'd say you can let him kill things routinely by the time it's chapter 6. You have a laguz and two more promoted units at the end of chapter 5.
3) They have an A support by default. They also have a "Bond," which is actually nonspecific. It's either 10 or 5 for both critical and dodge (that is, anti-critical) when directly adjacent. Generally speaking, with some exceptions, 10 is reserved for family.
Micaiah and Sothe have 10.
4) He has a buttbuddy too.
6) Try not to have her kill too many things. She's higher level than all of the baby Dawn Brigaders, and has the best availability in the game. (She hops over to the GMs after Part 1.)
7) Here's the Japanese. That said, I didn't think Micaiah was that tragically misvoiced.
