Deathly Hallows killed so much of the fun. Previously reasonable people just went bananas. But, yeah, I was totally in HP for the meta. I read some memorable 'fics, but so many of the highly-touted ones were beyond OOC. Even the meta I knew was a stretch was fascinating to read, at least following HP5 and HP6.
