I don't know enough about Rutger, Does he have personality behind the hair?

Navarre and all his descendants that I've seen are a damned bore. Except, of course, for Joshua, who is explicitly NOT brooding, angsty, and silent from the get-go. Nor does he "vanish like the wind" in the typical, tiresome fashion. From nothing they came, to nothing they shall go....

Though I guess FE6 Karel has some merit, from what I've read. He has family and all.
