 Of all the things that irk me about tumblr I think I hate the glib little Communists the most.

Like yeah, the anti-Semites and the 'hatred is okay if you're punching up' people are worse but god damn am I annoyed by the Communists.

PS: some of the punching up people are the anti-Semites which tells me what I need to know about the validity of 'punching up.'

but yeaaaaah wrt communism, i think i've seen posts to the tune of "literally all political systems except communism are inherently oppressive and if you support any other political system you are supporting oppression" and i'm like "..."

"Laziness is ableist and capitalist."-- Uh, pretty sure early Mediterranean civilizations that cannot be pigeonholed as Capitalist or Communist had that laziness concept defined.

"Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer as capitalist and problematic"-- WTF do you expect from a department store mascot? Don't care if it was a joke post 'cause it got stupid real fast.

"If you take the Marxist references out people totally agree with Communism and even think some of it came from the Bible!"-- and some people think random lines of Hamlet came from the KJV Bible. And Jesus was kind of a communist. So what?
