What sort of flour do you use? I'm not tracking down spelt flour just to make chocolate cake in a cup. I've also hated stevia from the moment it first turned up unlabeled in my tea in '03, so I'd be making the full sugar option in addition to using regular milk. Can it handle that many tweaks?
