If he were entirely sweet, though, I wouldn't like him nearly as much. The reserve and the... self-effacement... just seem so integral to his character.
There are other Jugdral characters I really like or find intriguing (Levin, natch), but Finn is the only character from that continent that I love with the unreserved glee of the true fangirl. Which is a little weird, because my favorite characters from the other continents consist of one Main Lord, two Main Chicks, and two Snarky Tacticians.
