I don't think Anri had anything to do with it. I think the developers were being cute and set up a time paradox in the process. Nagi and Marth met previously. He doesn't remember it, she can't remember much of anything anyway, and the timeline as everyone knows it doesn't allow for it.

Maybe the floor plan of 24X is indeed a TARDIS and Nagi's a Time Lord.
